The Georgetown Community Association is busy gearing up for two exciting events! First, on Sunday, September 7, 2008, is the
Gilbert & Bennett School Reunion
for all alumni of the school that operated on New Street from 1915 through 1964.
To date there are 170 former students signed up to attend this elegant dinner and nostalgic gathering at the school. This will be an event to remember!

Then, on Sunday, September 28, 2008, GCA will hold its first
Arts & Crafts Festival
on the beautiful grounds of the Gilbert & Bennett School on New Street in Georgetown/Wilton. If you are an artist or craftsman interested in participating, contact Pat Hegnauer as above and watch this site for details to come.

The first DVD is $20. Additional DVDs are discounted to $15 each. All proceeds go to the non-profit Georgetown History Project for the ongoing preservation and promotion of Georgetown’s heritage.
