Georgetown Day Booth Application

  • Please reach out if you’re interested in being a sponsor!

  • Georgetown Day is on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, noon to 5:30 p.m., on Main Street, Georgetown (Redding), Connecticut.

  • For our booth spaces we prioritize artisan vendors who hand-make their goods, food vendors, and Georgetown businesses and organizations. We place other applicants on our waitlist until we know if there are any spaces available. We may limit the number of certain business types.

  • Booths, merchandise, signage, or materials that promote or display antisemitism, hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content of any kind are not permitted at Georgetown Day. Event organizers reserve the right to deny or remove any vendor whose materials are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the inclusive values of Georgetown Day.

  • Booth spaces are 10x10’ and are $70 each before April 15th, and $95 after. The fee to serve food is an additional $50 per space. There are a very limited amount of spaces with electrical service for an additional $50 — these are only available to those who need electrical for necessary booth operations.

  • You’re not guaranteed a spot until you receive and pay our invoice for the booth fee.

  • Booth fees cannot be refunded once payment is received.

  • Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, weights for tents, and anything else they need for their booth.

  • * Update: Georgetown Village Restoration, Inc. has installed year-round wifi for Main Street, in partnership with Home Media Designs, which will be provided for vendors on Georgetown Day.
Cell data is not great on Main Street. AT&T and T-Mobile have the best cell service in our area.

  • Pets are not permitted at Georgetown Day.

  • Please note any preferences or requests in the Note box below. We can’t guarantee we will be able to accommodate every request but we will do our best.

    *** Georgetown Day is a rain-or-shine event.

*** Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Cars have to be off the street by 11 a.m. As such, booth-holders must arrive by 10:45 at the absolute latest; latecomers will not be allowed in.
Vendors cannot begin packing up or loading out before our 5:30 end time. Vendors MUST listen and do what our staff and volunteers ask for load out — you cannot bring your car on to the street or drive out until we say you can due to police restrictions and for the safety of everyone on the street. We are managing a large number of vendors trying to leave at once and we ask for patience and understanding. ***

Please email info@georgetownct.org with any questions.

Food information The Town of Redding requires all temporary permits for food service needed to serve food to be submitted by May 15th. You are responsible for your permit and contacting the health department to find out whether you need one. We cannot opine on whether you need a permit or not. The health inspector does inspect during the event.
